Choosing A University Advice

I know a lot of you are in the same boat as me at the moment. The 'Choosing a University Boat'. Or at least many of you are hesitantly considering jumping into this boat.

But being the organised, excitable, geeky student that I am, I felt I could offer a little advice to all those who are still fickle about their choices.

Macaron Monday Madness.

As promised my lovelies, I have made some Macarons and intend to share the recipe and method with you.

Now don't get confused like I did, Macarons are those small, cute little bites that are usually filled with the likes of butter cream  lemon curd or even if you're a fully fledged baker..chocolate ganache. And Macaroons are the larger kind, possibly made with the same recipe, but enough about them, I'm making Macarons honey.

Where am I again?

University of Nottingham, Trent Building

This summer has been all kinds of crazy; 

• Firstly finishing my first year of college, which went so quickly I can hardly believe I'm starting my second year this September
• Visiting Universities - The University of Manchester and The University of Nottingham. Again, I can hardly believe I'm even considering university since I look like a 12 year old.
• Seeing Frank Ocean in concert in Brixton (I love him sooooo much), and spending time in London with family I haven't seen in ages.

French Desserts

If you know me by now you'll know about my crazy obsession for the French culture. I absolutely loooove France, the idea of residing in Paris and speaking le francais. Even French music by Edith Piaf and Georges Bressen put me in the best moods.

Anyhow I need to draw myself out of this beautiful dream and write you my delectable post.
Recently - well actually half an hour ago - I had some beautiful creme brulee, it tasted fantastic and i had to share on instagram its beautiful appearance. Then after being held in such a tasty trance I started a-thinking about my love for French desserts.

Macaroons
Crepes
Creme Brulee
Pain au chocolat

(just to name a few :-P)

And decided to hop on to google to check a few recipes and even think about baking them if one can be bothered.
